The Hand Flare is a pyrotechnic device with a corrosion-resistant steel tube structure, designed to emit an intense red flame for external signaling in emergency situations. At the lower end, it features a pull-twist-strike firing system, with the mechanism integrated into the handle, providing safe activation. The upper end is protected by a waterproof cap, preserving the integrity of the device until use. After activation, the flame is emitted from the top of the steel tube. Manufacturer: Huahai.
